Two snoozes a day.
109 hours lost per year.
That's time spent waiting to start your day. RiseReady gives you something worth doing instead.
Basis: two nine-minute snoozes a day, every day for a year. That is 18 minutes a day, 109.5 hours, 4.6 days.
20 seconds from
alarm to intention.

Six ways to
get moving.
Choose which routines your alarm draws from. Each move has a timer and a short cue for form, and you can swap one that doesn’t suit the morning.
- Stand UpThe least you can do, standing up.
- LoosenUndo eight hours of lying still.
- StrengthBodyweight, no equipment, no floor space.
- Get WarmNinety seconds and you are properly awake.
- Keep It QuietNothing that thuds. Nobody else wakes up.
- YogaShapes to move into, not a class.
Your story, one
morning at a time.
Choose a question to answer each morning. This gets your mind active, and in ninety days you've created a book of your thoughts and intentions.
More than a
morning alarm.
Choose affirmations, quotes and Bible verses, or write your own. They turn up through the day, not only at six in the morning.

Before you set the alarm.
What does it cost?
Seven days free, then one subscription, billed by Apple. Cancel any time in your iPhone settings. The price is on the App Store page.
Does it ring in Silent mode?
Yes. RiseReady uses Apple's alarm system, the same one the Clock app uses, so it sounds through Silent and Do Not Disturb.
What if I cannot talk in the morning?
Tap each word of the line instead. Speech is optional, and the alarm stops the same way.
Can I use it as a plain alarm?
Yes. With no missions, it rings like an ordinary alarm.
What if I do not like a line?
Thumb it down and it never comes back. Thumb one up and it is saved.
Where does my journal go?
Nowhere. It lives on your iPhone, and you can export it from Settings whenever you want a copy.
