The speak screen: say it out loud, I am becoming someone I would look up to, with the microphone listening. The movement screen on camera: a woman holding Warrior pose at a window, fifteen seconds in, with the cue front knee over the ankle, arms wide and level. The same Warrior pose as a white line drawing on grey, the guide shown before you start, at thirty seconds.

RiseReady in twenty seconds.

The alarm goes off, you say a line out loud, and the answer is saved to your journal.

Do the people who watch you care about mornings?

That is the only thing we check. Nobody will ask how many followers you have.

  • The alarms screen: bedtime at 10:30 PM, wake up at 6:30 AM, and a morning ritual of movement, journal and affirmations.

    Routines and habits

Build the ritual once. It rings every morning.

  • Warrior pose on camera, held at a window. Lunges on camera in a sunlit living room, with the timer and the cue for form.

    Training and running

A minute of movement before the shoes go on.

  • A verse being read aloud: Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart. Psalm 31:24.

    Faith and devotion

Wake to a verse and say it out loud.

  • An affirmation to say out loud: I am becoming someone I would look up to.

    Confidence

Start the day saying who you mean to be.

  • A bedside clock at 6:30 with sunrise coming through the window.

    Parents up first

A quiet start before the house wakes up.

  • A quote to read aloud: We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit. Will Durant.

    Studying

Say one line out loud, then open the books.

  • The journal: Your days saved, with each morning's question above the answer written to it.

    Journaling

One sentence a morning, kept on your phone.

  • The day's line on the Today screen: I can be nervous and capable at the same time.

    Quiet self-work

A month of your own mornings to read back.

Hooks you can steal.

Eight video ideas, each one built on an alarm you look forward to.

The speak screen: say it out loud, Where I end up is mine to decide, with the words already spoken picked out in amber.

Put the hook on screen and say it out loud in the first two seconds. Film vertical, keep it under a minute, and use a real line on a real morning.

  • Day 1 of waking up to an alarm I look forward to

Make it a series. Same angle, same time, every morning. A daily series gives people a reason to come back tomorrow, and small accounts grow on it.

  • POV: my alarm won't stop until I say something nice about myself

Film it half awake. The line comes up, you say it out loud, the alarm goes quiet. Post the first take.

  • Setting my intention before my feet hit the floor

Show the line you set for the day on the Today screen, then show where the day went. Starting the day on purpose is what the app is for.

  • Morning motivation, but I'm the one saying it

Pick the pack that fits what you are working on, like Confidence or Faith. Let the camera catch you saying the line for the first time.

  • What I told myself at 6am every day this month

Thirty days in, open the journal and read a few mornings back to the camera. Your own words, in order, are the payoff.

  • The line my alarm picked for me today

Read the day's line out loud and say what it made you think. One line, one reaction, under thirty seconds.

  • Rate my 6am Warrior pose

Prop the phone up, turn the camera on and do the movement mission on screen. The drawn pose in the corner gives people something to compare you to.

  • My first morning with RiseReady, unedited

Film the moment the alarm goes off, before you know what you think of it. That reaction beats a polished review a week later.

Ten real screens.

Use these, or take your own from the app. The videos that work best show you using it: the alarm going off, you saying the line, your real morning. Tap any screen to open it full size.

Move, on camera

Seven moves from the six routines, as the screen looks with the camera on. The screens are real. The people are AI-generated, so don’t present them as you.

Backgrounds

Ten mornings from inside the app, full size. Put your words or your video over them.

  • A sun rising over orange dunes
  • A pale sun over soft blue and cream hills
  • A low sun over peach and blue waves
  • A sun setting into a misty blue lake
  • A plain cream wash with faint hills
  • A sun over blue mountain ridges in mist
  • A soft glow over a hazy cream horizon
  • Peach and blue hills under a warm sky
  • A large sun rising over orange and blue mountains
  • A bedside clock reading 6:30, with sunrise through the window

Reminders, widget and Apple Watch

A reminder on the Lock Screen, the Home Screen widget, and the watch app on its own and on a wrist.

Three rules. Two of them are the law.

  1. No medical claims

Not depression, not anxiety, not a sleep disorder. It is an alarm clock with a good habit attached, and claiming more than that causes real trouble for both of us.

  2. Show what it does

On Apple Watch, RiseReady shows your line for the day. The missions happen on your phone.

  3. Say that we sent you

Say it in the video and put #ad in the caption. Turn on the platform's paid partnership label too. A free app counts, and the law requires it.

The money question, and seven others.

Is this paid?

Yes. You get a 50% revenue share on every subscriber you bring in, for the life of their subscription, and the app free for life.

How do you know which subscribers came from me?

You get an App Store link of your own, with your code built in. Viewers who tap it get a free week, then 25% off their first year. That is how we count them, so put it in your bio and your caption. Your own free access arrives as an App Store code, and we send a new one every year.

What happens when people join through me?

Once 10 people join through your link, we build your own pack of morning lines into the app, under your name. Only the people who joined through you, and you, can pick it. It arrives in the next app update and unlocks for all of them, including the first ten.

Does my link ever stop working?

Only if no one joins with it for 90 days. Apple limits how many links we can run at once, so we retire quiet ones to make room. Everyone who already joined through you still earns for you.

Do I need a big following?

No. We look at who watches you, not how many. A small audience that cares about mornings is a good fit.

Can I say what I want about it?

Yes, including that you did not like it. One honest post beats five polite ones. The only limits are the three rules above.

Can you use my video?

Only if you say yes. If we'd like to repost it or run it as an ad, we'll ask first.

What if I try it and it is not for me?

Say so, and keep the app free for life. You still told us something we needed.

Tell us where you post.
